*NOTICE: The intersection at Laura St. and Independent Dr. are closed due to road improvements*

Please use Forsyth St. and continue right on Newnan St. Follow the signs for The Landing Parking via the now two-way Independent Dr. or use Forsyth St. to Newnan St. and turn right on Bay St. to enter the Chamber Republic Parking lot located on your left directly after the Main St. Bridge off ramp to Ocean St.

This notice applies to all the directions below with exception of  "From South I-95".

From North I-95/Airport
Leaving the Jacksonville International Airport (JIA) on Airport Road, follow signs to I-95. Take I-95 South towards downtown. As you approach downtown, get in the far left lane. Exit at Union Street, which is one-way going east. Once on Union Street, move into the far right lane. *SEE NOTICE ABOVE* Turn right on Laura Street and follow until you reach the end, which will put you in front of the Jacksonville Landing. Turn left on Independent Drive. The Chamber is the second building on left. Parking is available behind the Chamber building by entering the Republic Parking lot from the Bay Street entrance. Until further notice the entrance directly behind the Chamber is closed.

From South I-95
Take I-95 North over the Main Street Bridge. Get into the left hand lane on the bridge. At the foot of the bridge, take a left onto Bay Street. To park, make an immediate left into the Republic Parking lot at the back of the Chamber building. Walk around to the front of the building where you will see the main entrance.

From I-10
Take I-10 E and continue onto I-95 N. Take the first exit on the right, W Forsyth St toward Downtown. *SEE NOTICE ABOVE* Continue on W Forsyth St and turn right at Laura St. Turn left at E Independent Dr. Pass the Chamber on your left and take the on ramp to Bay St. to park. Once you reach Bay St. take an immediate left into the Republic Parking lot at the back of the Chamber building. Walk around to the front of the building where you will see the main entrance.

Parking at the Chamber’s Downtown Office
Visitor parking is available in the Republic Parking lot adjacent to the Chamber. For those of you making a quick visit, or for pickup or drop-off, the first 20 minutes are free. Otherwise, the rates are $3 for the first 90 minutes, and more than 90 minutes is an additional $3. Parking fees may be paid with cash or credit card.

Take 95 south to east on JTB, exit at South Beach Parkway (Marsh Landing), just after the Intracoastal. The Beaches Division is located in the building closest to the Hampton Inn. The suite is facing JTB.
