Who We Are The Downtown Council isn’t just for networking. Look around Jacksonville and you’ll see the embodiment of ideas that started as dreams at a Downtown Council breakfast, became actions and turned into realities. City Hall at St. James Place, Art Walks and, most recently, the Downtown Living Tour can each trace their genesis to the Downtown Council and our unique members.
